Brian vander May

Brian Vander May serves as the Associate Director of Leadership Development Programs at RTX, overseeing Raytheon's Leadership Development Programs since July 2022. Prior to this, Brian held various roles at Raytheon from 2012 to 2022, including Human Resources Manager and Talent Development Lead, where responsibilities involved site leadership and partnership in talent development initiatives. Brian's experience extends back to Booz Allen Hamilton, where as a Lead Associate from 2007 to 2012, leadership and project management of human capital-related projects were key focuses. Earlier career roles included a Human Resources Generalist at Raytheon, where impactful HR strategies were executed, and a Consultant role at Conflict Management Group. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA in Leadership & Organization from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Connecticut College.
