Jennifer Petersen

Jennifer Petersen is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Raytheon Technologies. With a substantial tenure at Raytheon, Jennifer has held several leadership positions, including Vice President Human Resources for Advanced Products and Solutions and Vice President Human Resources for Air Power at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. Additionally, Jennifer served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources Partners and Corporate Director of Human Resources at Raytheon. Jennifer holds an MBA from Simmons College - Simmons School of Management and a BA in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire.
