Kirstin Orr

Kirstin Orr is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in executive communications and integrated business strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Communications at RTX since January 2024, Kirstin previously held roles at Collins Aerospace, including Director of Marketing Center of Excellence. From August 2012 to January 2024, Kirstin made significant contributions at the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) as Vice President of Marketing, where responsibilities included developing dynamic marketing strategies and overseeing digital initiatives. Kirstin's earlier roles span various marketing positions at NAFCU Services Corporation, SciQuest, and The Training Network, showcasing a strong foundation in marketing communications and strategy execution. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
