Marshall O. Larsen

Marshall O. Larsen is a member of the Raytheon Technologies Board of Directors. He brings expertise in corporate finance, public company executive leadership and the aerospace and defense industry.

Larsen has been a member of the Raytheon Technologies board (including his service on the predecessor United Technologies Corporation board) since 2012.

He is the past chairman, president and chief executive officer of Goodrich Corporation, a supplier of aerospace and defense systems and services that was acquired by United Technologies Corporation. He also served as Goodrich’s president and chief operating officer, and as a member of its board. Before that, he was an executive vice president, and also served as president and chief operating officer of Goodrich Aerospace.

Today he serves on the boards of directors of Becton, Dickinson and Company and Air Lease Corporation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in industrial administration from Purdue University.
