Sara Baldi

Sara Baldi is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and workplace management. Currently serving as Vice President of RTX Enterprise Services - Real Estate Solutions since October 2020, Sara oversees transactions, lease administration, construction delivery, and facility management for nearly 1,000 locations spanning 80 million square feet globally. Prior to RTX, Sara held key leadership positions at Cruise as Global Director of Real Estate and Workplace, and at McKesson as VP of Global Workplace, where responsibilities included managing strategic initiatives and relationships with C-suite executives. Sara's earlier roles at Kaiser Permanente involved portfolio strategy and asset lifecycle management for substantial properties, as well as driving transformational change in shared services. Educational qualifications include a degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Corporate Real Estate certification (MCR).
