Stacy Henry

Stacy Henry, PCC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management, Learning and Development at RTX since February 2024. Stacy is also the founder of CenterBranch since January 2019. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of L&D and Organizational Effectiveness at Collins Aerospace and Human Resources Leader at Collins Aerospace. Prior to that, Stacy held roles including Global Leader in Talent & Leadership Development at Carrier and Head of Enterprise Leadership Development at Bridgestone. Early career experience encompasses director-level positions at Iron Mountain and VP of Training and Physician Development at Physicians W8 Solutions. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
