Steve Smith

Steve Smith serves as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Raytheon Technologies since August 2022. Prior roles at Raytheon include Executive Director of Operations and Operations Director. Steve has experience as Planning Director at Symbotic and held multiple positions at Raytheon from July 2011 to October 2017, including Director of Planning and Production Control. Prior to Raytheon, Steve worked at Genzyme Genetics as Operations Excellence - Research Fellow and at General Mills in various operational roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA and MS in Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS and MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
