Melissa Lauby has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melissa began their career as an Office Manager at Top Notch Tile in 2005. Later, they worked as a Computer Help Desk Coordinator/Trainer at The M. K. Morse Company, where they provided technical support to users, conducted training sessions, and managed various IT tasks. In 2013, they joined Kenan Advantage Group as an Operations Support Rep. Melissa then moved on to work at Rubber City Radio Group, first as an Assistant IT Director, and eventually as the Director of Information Systems & Technology. In these roles, Melissa handled troubleshooting for users, managed hardware and software issues, and led problem-solving efforts, working collaboratively with vendors and support personnel. Melissa'sexpertise includes Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and various software and hardware configurations. Melissa also has experience in training, designing manuals, and managing social media platforms.
Melissa Lauby, CBNT pursued their education with a focus on English. From 1997 to 2001, they attended Wooster High School and obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, Melissa went on to study at Kent State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English.

Rubber City Radio Group is a family owned radio company. We operated three radio stations serving grater Akron. WAKR-AM, WONE-FM, and WQMX-FM. Plus, the akronnewsnow.com web news portal. WAKR is celebrating its 70th Year in 2010. WONE-FM celebrates it 25th Year. We specialize in programming which superserves our local marketplace, including news, sports (both local and professional) and community service.
