Don Baham

Don Baham is an accomplished IT and security executive currently serving as Vice President of IT & Security and CISO/CTO at Rubicon Founders since September 2024, while also contributing as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Guest Lecturer at Belmont University. With extensive experience as a speaker and trainer since 1998, Don specializes in leadership, company culture, risk management, cybersecurity, and technology. Previous roles include Vice President and CISO at Germantown Technologies, Senior Director and Information Security Officer at Accume Partners, and Chief Information Security Officer at Landmark Health. Don holds a BS in IT Management from Western Governors University and is pursuing a Chief Information and Digital Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.
