Mateusz Nowak is a seasoned venture director at Rubicon Partners since 2022, specializing in hands-on support for deep tech portfolio companies across various operational areas. Currently serving as the Business Development Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Noctiluca, which focuses on next-generation OLED emitter materials, Mateusz also co-founded the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland in 2015. Previously, as a partner at Mazovia Capital/NXT Ventures, Mateusz managed a venture capital arm, and held managerial roles at PwC, including leading the Startup Collider. Additional leadership experience includes board membership at Seriatim Foundation and organizing TEDx events. Mateusz holds multiple degrees in management and finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
