Jason Salsiccia

Jason Salsiccia has over twelve years of professional experience in software engineering and product management. Jason began their career in 2007 as a Technical Lead and Project Manager at Modus Agency, where they developed a real estate lead distribution application using PHP and MySQL, and integrated with Voxeo to deliver lead information in an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone call using VoiceXML. Jason also developed features for Mantis, an open source bug tracking application using PHP and MySQL. In 2014, Salsiccia co-founded Four Wheel Foodie, where they developed a REST API using PHP and MySQL, and an application to geolocate food trucks using the Twitter Streaming API in Ruby. In 2012, they joined OnSIP as a Technical Product Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a web phone application using AngularJS, WebRTC, and SIP.js that integrated with OnSIP’s platform. In 2017, they joined YouVisit as a Full Stack Developer, where they developed a web API to process purchases made in the Experience Player using PHP and MySQL that integrated with Stripe and Masterpass for payment processing, and a web API to serve analytics data using Lumen PHP and Swagger. In 2019, Salsiccia began their current role as Senior Software Engineer at RubiconMD.

Jason Salsiccia holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
