Jose N. Rodriguez

Jose N. Rodriguez serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Total Quality Management at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. since August 2020, following a tenure as Vice President of Supply Chain & Total Quality Management. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Garden Fresh Restaurants, where responsibilities encompassed food safety and quality assurance for 115 establishments, and Dairy Farmers of America/Golden Cheese of California, overseeing quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory affairs for a major cheese production facility. Earlier in his career, Jose held the position of Total Quality Manager at Mission Foods, contributing significantly to plant operations and staff supervision. Jose holds a degree in Food Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and postgraduate degrees in Environmental Science from Capilano College and the University of British Columbia.
