Michael Patrick Struck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Founder of Ruby GmbH since December 2012, Michael leads the development of lean luxury hotels in major cities worldwide. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Gold Inn AG, where Michael oversaw the growth of first-class hotels in Germany, and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Development at Cosmopolitan Estates, focusing on hotel and luxury residence development across multiple countries. Michael's earlier career includes significant positions at Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment Group, ArabellaStarwood Hotels & Resorts, Design Hotels, and Schörghuber Holding, as well as a foundational role as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Michael holds degrees from the University of St.Gallen, University of California, Berkeley, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
