Madeline then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Netflix from March 2011 to February 2012. Madeline joined Ruby in July 2012 and held various positions, including Receptionist, Problem Solver & Happiness Maker, Problem Solver & Happiness Maker Team Captain, Customer Onboarding - Team Manager, and Senior Manager of Onboarding. Madeline left Ruby in April 2023 after serving as the Director of Onboarding. Throughout their career, Madeline has gained expertise in customer service, team management, and onboarding processes.
