Dawne DeLay has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at Ruckus Networks since 2018. Prior to that, they held the same role at ARRIS starting from 2008. From 1999 to 2007, Dawne served as the Human Resources Director at Covansys Corporation. Dawne worked as the Human Resources Site Manager at Mitsubishi Silicon America from 1990 to 1999. Dawne began their career as a Legal Assistant at a Plaintiff's Employment Law Practice from 1987 to 1990.
Dawne DeLay obtained their A.A. degree in Transfer Degree from Chemeketa Community College in the year 1994. Following this, they pursued their B.A. degree in Human Resources Management from George Fox University, from 1995 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a PHR Certification between the years 1997 and 2005.
