Robert Punsal is an experienced technical support engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the networking industry. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Ruckus Networks since October 2013, Robert has played a critical role in resolving technical issues and supporting clients. Prior to this, Robert worked at Juniper Networks from October 2010 to October 2013, where responsibilities included collaborating with network support engineers, replicating customer environments, and maintaining lab equipment. Robert holds a degree from De La Salle University.
