Shuai Xiao is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in wireless technologies and network systems. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Ruckus Networks, an ARRIS company since December 2017, Shuai Xiao is the owner of the BeamFlex Adaptive Antenna Technology. Prior to this role, Shuai Xiao worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Ruckus Wireless from July 2014, focusing on the design and architecture of next-generation wireless access points. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Huawei-3Com from January 2001 to April 2013, where responsibilities included developing software for optical OTN/WDM networks and embedded systems. Shuai Xiao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Sichuan University, completed in 2001.
