Tara Kashanian Lilien

Tara Kashanian Lilien currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Human Resources Lead at Ruder Finn since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tara was a Partner and Chief Talent Officer at Peppercomm, a Ruder Finn Group company, from June 2018 to April 2025. Tara's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President of U.S. Human Resources at Cohn & Wolfe from September 2016 to May 2018 and as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MSL Global from November 2000 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing North American Human Resources and leading the New York office. Tara began the career as a Human Resources Associate at Conde Nast from 1998 to 2000 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications from American University in 1998.
