John Rathburn has over three decades of experience in educational leadership, currently serving in General Management at RUDIS since April 2019. Previously, John held the position of Principal at Northridge Middle School from August 2016 to January 2019 and served as High School Principal in the South-Western City School District from July 2011 to July 2016, overseeing more than 130 staff members and an enrollment of 1,800 students. John's earlier roles included serving as Principal and Athletic Director at Hamilton Local Schools, where responsibilities included leading Westland High School with 1,600 students and 140 faculty members. Education credentials include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Ohio Dominican.
