Beth Delthony

Beth Delthony currently serves as Associate General Counsel at rue21, where responsibilities include managing legal services for over 700 retail stores, overseeing lease negotiations, addressing litigation matters, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. Previously, Beth was Owner and Editor in Chief of SantiagoTourist.com, a travel blog focused on Santiago, Chile, and worked as Corporate Counsel at Prime Retail, managing commercial leases for a nationwide developer. Prior experiences include roles at Grubb & Ellis, Nationwide Insurance, and Special Counsel, with a focus on commercial lease negotiation and compliance. Beth holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Rochester.
