Susan Wade

Susan Wade has over three decades of experience in IT and support roles. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Coordinator at rue21 since December 2014, Susan has previously held positions including Office Manager at J.L. Harrison & Associates, Customer Trainer at WebMD, and Support Engineer at Medical Group Management. Additionally, experience includes technical support at Cumulus Computer Corporation and cluster management at Carnegie Mellon University. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a diploma in Digital Design from The Art Institutes.
