Alejandro Sanchez has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Alejandro started their career in 1994 as a Project Manager at General Motors, where they implemented computer systems and technologies to enhance manufacturing and quality performance. Alejandro then worked as a Production Manager at GE Transportation before joining Caterpillar Inc. as a Logistics and Purchasing Manager. At Caterpillar, Sanchez was responsible for purchasing, materials, and logistics activities, as well as maintaining the supply chain. In 2005, they became a Plant Manager at Miner Enterprises, Inc., where they oversaw the transition of a manufacturing operation. Sanchez then worked as a Plant Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where they improved overall organizational performance and implemented Lean Manufacturing processes. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Ruhrpumpen Global.
Alejandro Sanchez completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies with a field of study in World Class Manufacturing from Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in World Class Manufacturing at ITESM Campus Monterrey from 1995 to 1996.
