Craig Horwedel has a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, and general management. Craig founded Cardinal Way Consulting in 2017, where they serve as the Founder. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President Engineered Products North America at RUHRPUMPEN starting in 2014. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Director/GM Commercial Products at Flowserve. Before that, they worked at ITT Corp as a Six Sigma Black Belt from 2010 to 2012 and as the General Manager of Ashland Operations from 2005 to 2010. Craig also has experience as the Vice President of Operations & General Manager of Direct Distributorships at Mark VII Equipment from 1999 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they were the General Manager at the Hartell Division of United Technologies from 1996 to 1999 and the Manufacturing Manager at the SunDyne Division from 1992 to 1996.
Craig Horwedel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 1972 to 1984. Craig also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ITT Corporation in 2010.
