Rob Dew has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ruhrpumpen Inc. since June 2020. Previously, Rob held the same title at Carlisle Brake & Friction, where responsibilities included managing HR for a large manufacturing plant and facilitating cultural change. Rob's experience also includes independent HR consulting and serving as HR Manager for Norris: a Dover Company, overseeing multiple locations and supporting approximately 450 employees. Starting as an HR Generalist at TWG, A Dover Company, Rob contributed to the successful implementation of HRIS and payroll systems. Educational background includes a BBA in Management-Human Resources from Northeastern State University, alongside various training courses in career transition, finance, negotiation, and safety.
