Previously, Carol served as Segment Leader for the Middle Market at Aetna, overseeing strategy and P&L for a segment representing 4.4 million members. Carol's extensive experience at Cigna spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Region Leader for the US National Segment, where responsibilities included managing strategy, sales, and account management for large multi-site employers. Carol's career also includes various leadership positions in national accounts, underwriting, product development, and financial analysis. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
