Jeff Kapinos

Jeff Kapinos is a Senior Manager in Municipal Engineering at RK&K, where since October 2013, water and wastewater design services have been provided to both municipal and private clients throughout Virginia. Prior to this, Jeff served as Project Team Leader at Old Dominion Utility Services, Inc. from March 2012 to September 2013, managing projects related to water and wastewater services for military institutions, including the rehabilitation of sewage pump stations and the installation of waterlines and sewer mains. Jeff also worked as Senior Project Manager at Draper Aden Associates from September 1997 to January 2012, focusing on the municipal water and wastewater sector as a consultant. Jeff earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1991, and graduated from Chantilly High School in Virginia in 1982.
