Scott Franklin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Pittsburg State University in 2006, majoring in Automotive Technology: Service Management and Marketing. Scott then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2014, majoring in Global Business. In 2019, they obtained a Negotiating certification from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating.
