Premal M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Solution Architecture at RunDTC since May 2023, Premal previously held leadership positions including Senior Director of Retail & Product Strategy at Fēnom Digital and Director of Strategic Accounts at True Fit Corporation. Premal’s career also includes significant roles at Salesforce as Sr. Product Manager for CSG and at Radial, where responsibilities encompassed leading product management teams and defining product strategies for Omnichannel Technologies. Educational achievements include a Post Baccalaureate in Marketing from The Wharton School, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai University.
