Aleksi Neuvonen

Aleksi Neuvonen, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and organizational leadership. As the co-founder of Demos Helsinki, Finland's first independent think tank, Neuvonen has been instrumental in shaping the research agenda, methods, and impact model of the organization since August 2005. Neuvonen holds various roles including Board Member at Treebuddy Earth and Senior Expert at Envirate, while also serving on the Board of Directors for Crisis Management Initiative and being the Vice-chairman of the Board at Ruohonjuuri Oy. Neuvonen's academic background includes multiple doctoral degrees in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Radboud University and Tampere University, alongside a Master's in Philosophy, Ecology, and Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki. Throughout a diverse career, Neuvonen has contributed to various research projects and has gained valuable insights into strategic development and organizational growth.
