We are a 501C3 non-profit committed to protecting and promoting access by residents across the Country to high-quality health care in rural communities through encouraging innovation in health care delivery. We provide tailored technical assistance to rural healthcare organizations that have limited resources to help them remain open and enhance the services they deliver to their community.

4. We are a team of long-term rural residents and former rural healthcare executives with real-lived, rural-relevant experience. 

Our Work:
We currently lead many initiatives including but not limited to:
- Pennsylvania Rural Health Model
- Rural Emergency Hospital Technical Assistance Center
- Rural Northern Border Region Health Support Technical Assistance Center
- Peer Recovery Expansion Project
