Shawn Lucas pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, where they attended from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from the American Hospital Association in December 2020 and Certified Building Contractor from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, also in December 2020.
