Nikolai Derek

Nikolai Derek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as Director of LCM/Launch & Competitive Readiness for Novartis Oncology since February 2022, Nikolai also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Evolution Apps LLC. Additionally, responsibilities include directing marketing and public relations for Rayans Crayons, managing a marketing department at Massive Bio, and providing strategic insights as a board member for iRun4Life. Nikolai contributes to youth sports as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Lower Moreland High School and as a coach and app developer for multiple teams within Rush Soccer. Leadership is further demonstrated through the presidency of Derek Marketing Group and the brand ambassadorship at Autism Cares Foundation.
