Amie J. Biros has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Amie J. began their career in 2007 at Barclays Investment Bank, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and later as an Investment Banking Associate. In 2015, they transitioned to the National Football League (NFL), holding roles as Manager of Strategy & Analytics and later as Director of Organizational Strategy & Workforce Analytics. In 2019, they joined ESPN, initially serving as Director of Business Strategy for ESPN Audio and then as Senior Director of Sports Betting & Fantasy. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Rush Street Interactive as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Amie J. Biros completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Anthropology at Brown University from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Columbia Business School, from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Python For Managers" from Columbia Business School in January 2021 and "Series 7 & Series 63" from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2007.
