Murray Ancell serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Rush University System for Health since September 2022. Previously, Murray held the position of Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University from 2020 to 2023 within the Graduate School of Science and Management. Murray’s extensive experience at Endeavor Health spanned from 2007 to 2022, where roles included Senior Vice President and Executive Director of the NorthShore Foundation, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Director. Prior to that, Murray was the Director of Customer Experience at The Hardage Group from 2003 to 2007 and worked in Supply & Trading at ExxonMobil from 1996 to 2003, focusing on crude oil and refined products across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Murray holds a Master of Science in Strategic Fundraising & Philanthropy from Bay Path University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Surrey, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology & Physiology from the University of East Anglia.
