Dmitry Akhanov

Dmitry Akhanov is an experienced executive with a focus on venture capital, currently serving as a Board Member for multiple technology companies including Joule Unlimited Technologies, Inc., NeoPhotonics, and Aquantia since 2013. Dmitry also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Advenira Enterprises and has been instrumental as CEO of Rusnano USA, Inc. since December 2010. With a robust background in governance, Dmitry previously held roles such as the Head of the Federal Energy Agency and Chairman of the Board at Branan. Dmitry earned a Master of Science in International Economics from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
