Chad Calhoun is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial sectors. Since January 2009, Chad has managed the residential homebuilding division at Classic Homes, LLC. In addition, Chad has served as President of RL Construction since October 2007, overseeing new commercial construction ventures for Russell Lands, Inc. Further experience includes the role of Construction Manager at Russell Lands, Inc. since 2006 and Project Manager at Brice Building Company from 1998 to 2006. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Science from Auburn University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
