Hamish Beckett

Hamish is a senior associate in the firm's corporate advisory team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, overseas investment, joint venture arrangements and a broad range of commercial contracts and general corporate matters.

Hamish acts for a number of the firm's key corporate clients, including Fonterra, the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation, Lion, Woolworths, Healthscope and the Riverside Company. Hamish is a trusted adviser known for his extensive technical skills and ability to calmly guide clients through complex transactions with commercial advice.
