Hannah Brown

Hannah Brown is a senior associate in Russell McVeagh's Corporate Advisory team. She advises on a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of general corporate and securities law advisory work.

Hannah returned to Russell McVeagh in 2021, after three years working in London for Allen & Overy, where she advised on a number of high-profile, multi-national public and private transactions. During her time in London, Hannah also spent nine months on secondment in the investment banking team at J.P. Morgan, where she was involved in several prominent capital markets transactions.

Hannah joined Russell McVeagh as a graduate, and was admitted to practise in New Zealand, in 2014. She worked at Allen & Overy LLP in London as an associate and senior associate in the Corporate Group before returning to Russell McVeagh in 2021.
