Andrew Medina has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Russo Development since May 2017, following a role as Senior Property Manager. Prior to Russo Development, Andrew held the position of Community Manager at Waterton from March 2014 to May 2017 and served as Senior Property Manager at Clipper Equity from September 2008 to March 2014. Responsibilities have included advertising and promoting apartment units, managing maintenance requirements, delegating repair schedules, and acting as an intermediary between maintenance organizations and parent companies to ensure timely property restoration. Andrew completed studies at Passaic County Community College from 2008 to 2010.
