Arthur Kuyan, PE, CME, is a Project Manager at Russo Development since May 2023, with extensive experience in engineering and design management. Prior to this role, Arthur served as the Primary Team Lead at Stonefield Engineering & Design from March 2018 to May 2023, overseeing team schedules, conducting performance reviews, and training staff. Arthur's previous positions include Staff Engineer III at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, where site plans and construction drawings were developed for various clients, and Design Engineer II at Paulus, Sokolowski and Sartor (PS&S), contributing to multiple significant projects in New York. Earlier experience includes design engineering roles at Solli Engineering, LLC, and internships at URS Corporation and Rentricity Inc. Arthur holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2014.
