Erik Greiner is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in data center operations and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities at Russo Development, Erik previously held key roles at CBRE as IFM Engineering and Facilities Operations Director, and at JLL as Senior National IFM Operations Director and Senior Regional Director of Engineering. Erik's career includes significant leadership positions where responsibilities ranged from managing multiple properties nationwide to directing engineering services teams for high-profile clients like BMW and JP Morgan Chase. Erik has a solid technical foundation from earlier roles at Digital Realty, Verizon, Equinix, and Emerson Network Power, as well as military experience as an Aviation Electronics Technician with the US Navy. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
