Joseph Cusumano, PE, currently serves as Project Manager at Russo Development, overseeing site and civil land development design, construction permitting, and administration for residential, mixed-use, and warehouse projects in New Jersey since March 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Engineer III at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, where responsibilities included similar tasks for developments in New Jersey and New York from June 2016 to March 2019. Joseph also gained valuable experience as an Intern at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in 2015, learning about land development and permitting processes. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, completing the degree in 2016 after graduating from Fair Lawn High School in 2012.
