Jon K. Rust

Jon Rust is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the media industry, serving as President of Rust Communications since June 2003. Previously, Jon held the role of Co-President at the Local Media Association from 2012 to 2013 and served as past Chairman of the organization. Jon also was a Dean's Research Fellow at Harvard Business School from May 1999 to May 2000. Jon Rust earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Teaching Certification in Russian culture from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, and a BA in English and Russian from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jon's early education includes a high school diploma from Deerfield Academy, and ongoing development is pursued at the Center for Creative Leadership since 1988.
