Eli Gild

Eli Gild is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software safety and security at Google since January 2019, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Leader. Eli also contributes to the Rust Foundation as a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at The Markov Corporation, where leadership guided the development of a machine-learning embedded device, and Chief Technology Officer at Divergent 3D, where Eli built AI for automotive part generation. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at HDS Global, helping secure major clients and investments. Eli holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus on Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
