Erica Taft

Erica Taft, MBA, CAPM, is a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Rust-Oleum Corporation since May 2021, previously serving as a Customer Supply Chain Specialist. Concurrently, Erica is a full-time MBA graduate student at the University of Arkansas, where an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management was earned. Prior experience includes a National Account Intern position at Amy's Kitchen, where contributions included groundwork for Kroger promotions and analysis of Dotcom gaps. Additionally, at the American Heart Association, promotional materials were scripted for media sponsors, and a database for CPR kit needs was developed. Previous roles also include working as a Sales Analyst at Markwins Beauty Brands Global and The Schwan Food Company, where significant reporting and product performance evaluation were conducted.
