Jill Cantley

Jill Cantley is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and finance. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Operations at Rust-Oleum Corporation since April 2024, Jill previously held various roles at Uline from February 2008 to April 2024, including Distribution Center HR Manager and Compensation Manager, where oversight included annual bonus and compensation processes for over 6,000 employees. Jill's career began at Antioch Tire as Executive Assistant to the President and continued through roles in finance at Premium Sound & Security, demonstrating a diverse skill set that spans personnel management, compensation strategy, and operational efficiency. Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
