Linda Fraise

Linda Fraise is an experienced payroll and compensation professional with a background in management and human resources. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Compensation, HRIS & Payroll at Rust-Oleum Corporation since May 2025, Linda previously managed payroll operations at Clarion Home Services Group and Barilla Group. At Clarion, oversight of multi-state payroll processing using Paycor and Service Titan was a key responsibility, while at Barilla, collaboration with the Human Capital team on risk management was emphasized. Previous roles include Payroll Tax Analyst at Essendant and Payroll Specialist at Astellas Pharma.
