Michele Michaels-Posada is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Human Resource Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation since 2014, Michele oversees associate relations, conflict resolution, and the performance management process across multiple manufacturing locations. Prior to this role, Michele worked at PepsiCo - Tropicana from 1995 to 2014, holding positions such as Human Resource Representative, Sr. Human Resource Coordinator, and Payroll Coordinator. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, both earned from Ashford University.
