Victor Navarro is an experienced transportation and logistics professional with a robust background in managing domestic and international transportation operations. Currently serving as Corporate Transportation Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation since 2012, Victor oversees a $40 million transportation budget, negotiates freight rates for multiple manufacturing plants, and ensures timely export transportation to various global distribution centers.
