Mahesh Gera

Mahesh Gera is the Group CHRO at Rustomjee. Mahesh has over two decades of experience in corporate and business HR, L&D, and operations. Prior to joining Rustomjee, they were with Reliance Communications as General Manager - Corporate & Business HR. Before that, they were with NIS Sparta as Business Head and also Honda Siel Power Products Ltd as Business Head - Gujarat. Mahesh has also worked with a startup in the capacity of Business Leader.

Mahesh Gera has completed an executive program in strategic HRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Mahesh has also completed an MBA in marketing from DBIM. Mahesh has a B.E in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.

Their manager is Boman Rustom Irani, MD & Chairman. They work with Sajal Gupta - Group CFO & Head, Corporate Strategy, Harsh Chandra - President, Rehabilitation Projects, and Venkatraman B - COO, Project Strategy & Execution.
